CTC is being pro-active and closely following the latest guidance from the CDC, local governments and public health agencies on Covid-19. With everyone’s health and safety in mind, we have implemented plans to protect our customers, vendors and staff. CTC has closed its doors to walk-in customers and vendors. We will continue to respond to install requests and essential service calls for customers. Before scheduling service calls, customers will be asked a series of questions related to Covid-19. We are asking our employees to avoid contact with customers showing signs of illness.

We have a few payment options available to you.

• Mail your check to CTC, PO Box 20, Cumberland, IA 50843
• Call the office to set up ACH payments to automatically withdraw from your bank account
• Contact the office to pay your bill using your debit or credit card
• Mail drop boxes are located in front of the buildings at Cumberland and Fontanelle
